☕ Who is Byte & Bark Brew?
Byte & Bark Brew is a dog & technology inspired coffee provider named after our three Golden Retrievers—Charley, Carter, and Colt. We serve bold, smooth coffee with a mission.
🐾 How does my purchase support service dogs?
As part of our mission, a portion of our quarterly earnings go to area non-profit organizations that support rescue dogs, service animals and K9 therapy programs.
📦 How long does shipping take?
All coffee is roasted fresh and typically ships within 3–5 business days. Shipping times may vary slightly depending on your location, but most customers receive their coffee within 7–10 business days.
💳 What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, AmEx), PayPal, Apple Pay, and more.
🔁 What’s your return policy?
For coffee and tea because our coffee is roasted to order, we do not offer returns. However, if there’s an issue with your order (wrong item, damaged package, etc.), contact us within 48 hours and we’ll make it right.
🐶 Is this coffee safe for dogs?
Nope! Our coffee is made for humans who love dogs—not for dogs themselves. But feel free to enjoy your cup with your furry friend by your side.
🌱 Is your coffee organic or fair trade?
We source high-quality beans from ethical suppliers. Many of our blends are organic or fair trade certified—check individual product pages for details.
🌎 Where do you ship?
We currently ship within the U.S. Stay tuned—international shipping may come in the future as we grow.
📬 I haven’t received my order. What should I do?
First, check your tracking info (included in your confirmation email). If it looks stuck or something seems off, email us at info@byteandbarkbrew.com and we’ll help you out.
