The Founder
The Story Behind the "Byte"
For years, my life was defined by the IT industry. I was bouncing from one contract to the next — staring at screens, fixing networks, and never feeling like I was building anything of my own. The money paid the bills, but the work felt empty. I was burned out on the corporate grind and tired of the endless cycle of temporary jobs.
I wanted to create something meaningful. Something I could pour my energy into that would actually make a difference.
The two things that kept me going during those long IT shifts? A great cup of coffee, and my golden retriever, Colt.
That's where Byte & Bark Brew™ was born. The "Byte" is a nod to my past in the tech world. The "Bark" is a tribute to Colt — the loyal companion who reminded me what unconditional support looks like. And the "Brew"? That's our commitment to roasting the best coffee you'll ever drink.
