Is there a minimum commitment?
None at all. There's no minimum number of orders and no cancellation fee. Keep your subscription as long as you love it, and cancel whenever you want.
Does the 10% discount apply to every order?
Yes. Your subscriber price applies to every delivery, not just the first one, and shipping on your subscription coffee is always free.
When will I be charged?
Your first order is charged at checkout. After that, each delivery is charged automatically at your subscriber price on its scheduled date, every 2 or 4 weeks depending on the plan you chose.
How do I skip, pause or change my subscription?
Log in to your account with the email you used at checkout and open your subscriptions. From there you can skip the next delivery, pause, swap to a different coffee or switch between every 2 and every 4 weeks.
How do I cancel?
Cancel anytime from your account in a few clicks. No fees and no questions you have to answer. If you'd rather, reach out through our Contact page and we'll take care of it for you.
Can I subscribe to more than one coffee?
Absolutely. Add each coffee with Subscribe & Save selected, and choose its own grind, size and delivery schedule.
Will my coffee really be fresh?
Every bag is roasted to order, never pulled from a warehouse shelf. With a delivery every 2 or 4 weeks, you'll always be brewing well within the 30 days we recommend after roasting.
